MX Series filter-regulators consist of a filter and an integrated pressure reducer.

They are therefore compact and suitable for pre-filtering functions.

Available with or without relieving, they are fitted with a diaphragm valve for direct pressure regulation and an integrated manual or automatic condensate drain.

They are also fitted with a recessed pressure gauge.

The VNR series one-way valves are available in the threaded variant or with integrated fitting; the type of construction allows low operating pressures.

Series P

3/2 way - Normally closed (NC) and Normally open (NO)

Series P direct-acting solenoid valves are available in 3/2 way normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO) versions.

Both versions can be mounted on single bases or on manifolds and are fitted with a monostable manual override.

N.B.: All Series P solenoid valves are powered by direct current (DC).

For alternating current (AC) supply, the connector with rectifier Mod. 125-900 must be used.

The pedal is available in both pneumatic and electric versions.

The pneumatic version is available with a 5/2-way and 3/2 NC valve with M5 and G1/4 ports and 4/2 tube.

The front pneumatic connections make it easy to fit fittings and silencers.

The electric version in series 3 is available with a microswitch with single-pole changeover contacts; the cable outlet is at the front (PG9).

The series 3 pedal can be used with bistable or monostable function, by positioning the selector located under the red flap as shown in the drawing (X).

The G1/8 and G1/4 connections are available with two different types of adjustment (see diagrams).

The M5, G3/8 and G1/2 connections, on the other hand, have only one type of adjustment.

All models can be mounted equally well on a panel, on cylinders or on a wall.

To choose the most suitable model, it is recommended to:

1. Calculate the air quantity in Nl/min

2. Determine the time in which the cylinder must complete its stroke;

3. Check the flow rate diagrams.

The latter are provided with G1/8 threaded ports and with the built-in ø4 cartridge (G3/8 for 2-way only).

VSO, VSC series

VSC series ports: G1/8, G1/4, G1/2

VSC and VSO series quick exhaust valves are commonly used to increase the speed of cylinders or to quickly depressurise tanks containing compressed air.

Model VSO 425-M5, VSO 426-04: particularly suitable for mounting on valves and solenoid valves with built-in ø 4 cartridge.

Model VSO 4-1/8: particularly suitable for direct mounting on the actuator connection. The incoming air from the fitting side (1) is used on the threaded side (2); exhaust (3) takes place through the holes on the side of the valve body.

Model VSC: particularly suitable for mounting directly, by means of a nipple, on the cylinder ports. Fitting a silencer on the exhaust is recommended.
