Maxima premium line M dust extraction diamond core bit, 300 mm working length, for work with dust extraction. Can be used dry and with water on reinforced concrete, bricks, roof tiles and concrete.

The new Valigasp4 will contain all components processed with a production process called cataphoresis.

This treatment, characterised by the uniform deposition of an epoxy resin on the surface of the parts, ensures both superior long-term protection against corrosion and, at the same time, greater mechanical strength: the result is better durability than untreated materials or those simply powder-coated.

Cataphoresis also produces a uniform thickness over the whole component, even in hidden areas that cannot be spray-painted. It is also one of the most environmentally friendly processes, as it limits atmospheric emissions of volatile organic solvents and particulates.

The new PICE 1030 Centring Pin included in the kit has instead undergone carbonitriding, a hardening process carried out on steel at a temperature of approximately 775 °C for 3/4 hours, obtaining a case-hardened layer 0,10/0,15 mm deep.

In addition to greater toughness of the “core”, the treatment gives the material increased surface hardness, fatigue and wear resistance, and a superior surface capacity to withstand medium-intensity specific pressures. The process produces no deformation and can therefore also be carried out on small-diameter parts.

Valigasp4 includes 1 M18 rotary head, 2 spanners, sizes 36 and 41, centring plates (diameter 112, 122, 127, 132, 142, 152, 162, 182, 205), 2 copper rings, 2 extensions 250 mm long, 1 centring pin.
