Delivery and Returns

1. Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the last goods.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the withdrawal form template, but this is not compulsory.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments you have made to us, including shipping costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of this refund.

4. Return of goods

You must return the goods to us, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
