1. Acceptance of the Terms
By purchasing one or more products on MisterAnt.it, the user agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions of sale. These terms may be updated or amended at any time by MisterAnt.it without prior notice.
2. Product Description and Availability
MisterAnt.it undertakes to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that the descriptions are always complete or error-free. Products are offered subject to availability in store, and where marked "in arrivo" ("arriving soon"), delivery may take place up to 10 days after purchase, a date that varies depending on when the product arrives back in stock.
3. Prices
Product prices are shown in Euro and include VAT, but exclude any shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. MisterAnt.it reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
Orders are considered final only once MisterAnt.it has confirmed acceptance of the order. MisterAnt.it may refuse an order for any reason, including lack of product availability, issues relating to the order received, or foreseeable delivery problems.
5. Payments
Payment must be made at the time of the order. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and bank transfer. Payment information is processed securely through the Stripe and PayPal networks and is never stored on our servers.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made via TNT or GLS express courier, with delivery in 24/48 hours. Delivery is free within Italy for orders over €99.00 using the standard express courier; bulky goods (sheets, panels and similar items) are shipped with a dedicated courier and always incur a shipping charge. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, during periods of high demand, or if the ordered material requires custom cutting. MisterAnt.it is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. Free collection is also available at our premises in Crotone.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Customers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with current legislation (D.Lgs. 206/2005 — Codice del Consumo, the Italian Consumer Code). The purchased product may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided that the product is returned unaltered, unused and in its original packaging. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
8. Complaints and Warranties
All products sold by MisterAnt.it are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (24 months for consumers, 12 months for business professionals with a VAT number). In the event of defective or non-conforming products, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement of the product, at no additional cost.
9. Competent Court
For any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of these terms and conditions of sale, the competent court shall be that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
