For orders from €99.00, delivery is free throughout Italy with standard express courier. Bulky materials (sheets, panels and similar items) are shipped with a dedicated courier and always incur a shipping charge.

🧾 Invoicing
The invoice is issued automatically when your order is shipped and sent to you by email in PDF format.
Are you a business or a professional? Enter your VAT number and invoicing details at checkout. You can also request electronic invoicing (SDI).

↩️ Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the packaging intact.
To start a return, contact us by email at info@misterant.it or on WhatsApp at 371 342 6056, quoting your order number.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Once the order has been confirmed, the address cannot be changed. Contact us straight away and we'll do everything we can to help before it's shipped.
The courier will make a second delivery attempt on the next working day. After the second attempt, the parcel will be left at the nearest collection point.
