The SIT VARIO variator belts are special V-belts designed for variable speed transmissions using adjustable-diameter pulleys. These belts are designed to transmit high power in systems with continuous speed adjustment, maintaining high performance and service life even in severe conditions.

The perforated V-belt is a standard section V‑belt intended for customisable industrial and mechanical applications. Thanks to the regular holes along the back and the dedicated joints, the belt can be made to any length and is sold by the metre, so that it fits any plant or transmission system perfectly.

The Poly‑V belt, section J is a multi-rib belt designed to transmit power efficiently on grooved pulleys. It is flexible, compact and suitable for transmissions with several parallel ribs.

H 075 – Precision toothed belt with a back width of 0,75 inches (19.05 mm) and tooth pitch of 0,5 inches (12.7 mm). Available in various lengths expressed in millimetres, suitable for reliable synchronised drives.

H 100 – Precision toothed belt with back width of 1 inch (25.4 mm) and tooth pitch of 0,5 inch (12.7 mm). Available in various lengths expressed in millimetres, ideal for reliable synchronous drives.

H 150 – Precision toothed belt with back width of 1,5 inches (38.1 mm) and tooth pitch of 0,5 inch (12.7 mm). Available in various lengths expressed in millimetres, ideal for synchronous drives.

H 200 – Precision toothed belt with back width of 2 inches (50.8 mm) and tooth pitch of 0,5 inch (12.7 mm). Available in various lengths expressed in millimetres, for reliable synchronous drives.

H 300 – Precision toothed belt with back width of 3 inches (76.2 mm) and tooth pitch of 0,5 inch (12.7 mm). Available in various lengths expressed in millimetres, ideal for synchronous drives on large machinery.
