VSO series ports: M5, G1/8, Ø4 cartridge

VSC series ports: G1/8, G1/4, G1/2

VSC and VSO series quick exhaust valves are commonly used to increase the speed of cylinders or to quickly depressurise tanks containing compressed air.

Model VSO 425-M5, VSO 426-04: particularly suitable for mounting on valves and solenoid valves with built-in ø 4 cartridge.

Model VSO 4-1/8: particularly suitable for direct mounting on the actuator connection. The incoming air from the fitting side (1) is used on the threaded side (2); exhaust (3) takes place through the holes on the side of the valve body.

Model VSC: particularly suitable for mounting directly, by means of a nipple, on the cylinder ports. Fitting a silencer on the exhaust is recommended.

Since the speed of a cylinder is regulated by restricting the air of the chamber that is exhausting, it is recommended to connect the threaded port of valve 1 to the cylinder inlet and port 2 to the valve user port.

The one-way flow regulators are available with connections M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2.

The G1/8 and G1/4 connections are available with two different types of adjustment (see diagrams).

The M5, G3/8 and G1/2 connections, on the other hand, have only one type of adjustment.

All models can be mounted equally well on a panel, on cylinders or on a wall.

To choose the most suitable model, it is recommended to:

1. Calculate the air quantity in Nl/min

2. Determine the time in which the cylinder must complete its stroke;

3. Check the flow rate diagrams.

Swivelling one-way and two-way flow regulators

with nominal diameter 1, 5 - 3,5 - 5 mm

These one-way and two-way flow regulators have been designed to be mounted directly on valves or cylinders, keeping overall dimensions to a minimum.

The flow rate adjustment characteristic is very wide and gradual, so use is very precise at both the minimum and the maximum flow rate.
