Type: Large spherical roller bearings with two symmetrical rows of inclined rollers. Oscillating spherical outer ring allows self-alignment of up to 2-3°. Two inclined raceways on the inner ring, common spherical raceway on the outer ring.
Construction features: Double row of rollers for extremely high radial and bidirectional axial load capacity. Pressed steel window cages, inner ring without shoulders with floating guide ring. Robust design optimised for heavy loads on large-diameter shafts.
Bore variants: Available with cylindrical bore (direct mounting) or 1:12 tapered bore (with withdrawal sleeve). Design particularly suitable for large rigid shafts.
Protection: Open versions without seals (standard), with 2Z shields, or sealed 2RS. Annular groove and three lubrication holes on the outer ring make periodic relubrication easier.
Radial clearance: Available in class C2, CN, C3, C4, C5 according to application and temperature.
Lubrication: Relubricatable with grease. Designed for environments where periodic maintenance is essential.
Specifications: Maximum load capacity in the series, effective self-alignment, temperatures -30°C to +200°C, absorb simultaneous multidirectional loads, exceptional resistance to extreme shocks and vibration.
