Solid Bronze Ingots - CuSn7Zn4Pb7 Alloy

Solid bronze ingots (solid round bars) produced by centrifugal casting in CuSn7Zn4Pb7 alloy (Rg7, equivalent to UNI 7013 / EN 1982 CC493K). This leaded alloy is the most widely used for anti-friction applications thanks to its excellent combination of mechanical strength, wear resistance and the self-lubricating properties provided by the lead. Centrifugal casting ensures a homogeneous metallurgical structure, free from porosity and blowholes, with mechanical properties superior to static casting.
