Hollow Bronze Ingots (Bushes) - CuSn7Zn4Pb7 Alloy

Hollow bronze ingots (rough tubes/bushes) produced by centrifugal casting in CuSn7Zn4Pb7 alloy (Rg7, equivalent to EN 1982 CC493K). The hollow format is already provided with an inner bore, drastically reducing machining waste compared with solid bar and speeding up the production of bushes and bearings. Centrifugal casting is the ideal process for hollow bars: the centrifugal force pushes impurities and inclusions towards the inside of the bore (which is then turned), leaving pure, compact material in the usable wall thickness of the bush.
