Needle rollers: Needle rollers (diameter ≤5mm, L/D≥2.5), evenly distributed in the cage.
Size: Minimum axial thickness (2-4 mm), taking up less space than conventional thrust washers.
Load capacity: High unidirectional axial load capacity in minimum space.
Cage: In pressed steel (robustness) or plastic (lightness, speed). With or without centring rim.
Mounting: With AS axial washers (for WS shaft, GS housing), or directly on hardened raceways.
Lubrication: Require oil lubrication for cooling. Greasing groove.
Specifications: Axial needle roller cage, unidirectional axial load, minimum size, standard tolerances, temperature -30°C to +150°C.
Applications: Thrust bearings with high load and limited space, transmissions, heavy rotating systems.
