BI-METAL BANDSAW BLADES M42/M51

Professional SILVERSTAR blades for vertical and horizontal bandsaws. Bi-metal technology: HSS-M42 high-speed steel cutting edge (containing 4,2% molybdenum for hardness) or HSS-M51 (5,1% molybdenum + cobalt for heavy-duty applications) electron-beam welded to a flexible steel band body. This construction combines extreme hardness in the tooth area with flexibility of the band body. Variable pitch TPI tooth pattern optimised according to the material to be cut. Available in lengths from 1100mm to 3500mm, widths from 6mm to 54mm, thicknesses from 0.65mm to 1.6mm.
