Belts

The section “A” V-belts – with designations ranging from A15 to A60 – are classic V‑belt drive belts used to transfer power between shafts by means of grooved pulleys. The section “B” V-belts — with codes ranging from B24 to B60 — are trapezoidal-profile drive belts (V‑belts) widely used to transfer power between shafts by means of pulleys with a compatible groove. The section “B” indicates a standard profile with a back width of approximately 17 mm and a height of approximately 11 mm, compliant with ISO/DIN standards for V‑belts. The variants B24…B60 cover various pitch lengths, expressed by international standard codes and available in many lengths in millimetres.
