The Polypac B type seals are sealing elements made mainly for hydraulic cylinders and mechanical applications where a reliable seal is required on the moving cylinder rod. They are made of rubber (often with an anti-extrusion support) and are designed to ensure resistance to abrasion and extrusion, ease of fitting and an effective seal under pressure and reciprocating movement.
These seals are available in a series of progressive codes (B 075047, B 087062, B 118086, B 137098, … up to B 188157) that indicate different diameters and sections, suited to different cylinder and rod sizes.
B type seals are characterised by:

Resistant elastomeric material: NBR with anti-extrusion support for a long-lasting seal in dynamic environments.

Polypac profile: designed to work with cylinder rods with poor external lubrication.

Typical applications: hydraulic cylinders, actuators, industrial machines and mechanisms with reciprocating movement where sealing against fluids and contaminants is required.
These seals are available in various sizes, allowing you to choose the most suitable one according to the size of the rod or the bore in the cylinder, with codes that correspond to specific internal/external dimensions and thicknesses.
