DOUBLE-ROW BALL BEARINGS 42XX

Type: Double-row deep groove radial ball bearings. Two rows of balls in cylindrical raceways, reinforced PA66 polyamide cages.

Features: For the same outside diameter and bore as single-row bearings (series 60, 62), they are slightly wider but have a considerably higher load capacity. High osculation between balls and raceways.

Load capacity: Double the radial capacity of a single-row bearing with the same diameters. Ideal where radial space is limited but the load is high.

Protection: Open versions without seals, with 2Z shields on one or both sides, or sealed 2RS (double contact seal). Seals protect the lubricant and keep out contaminants.

Lubrication: Open versions require periodic greasing. Sealed versions are pre-greased.

Specifications: High radial capacity, low friction, medium-high speeds, temperatures -30°C to +80°C, radial clearance C2, C0/C3 depending on use.

Applications: Electric motors, transmissions, gearboxes, fans, pumps, applications where the radial load is high and axial space is limited.
