MILWAUKEE® SDS-Max chisel bits offer powerful performance, cutting into concrete and making them the ideal choice for demolition work. SDS-Max SLEDGE™ self-sharpening chisels are available in 10 variants, including point chisels and wide chisels.

Each of these accessories is self-sharpening and designed to last twice as long as standard chisels. They also feature extra-long working lengths for greater material removal. This collection also includes chisels specifically for removal and scraping work. The SDS-Max mortar chisel features carbide teeth designed to easily remove intact bricks and to clean or remove mortar from the joints around windows and door frames.

MILWAUKEE® SDS-Plus chisel bits make it easier to break tough materials such as concrete, stone and brick. Each bit in the range is designed to suit different applications, offering powerful performance and precise results.

For work at height or in confined spaces, SDS-Plus narrow flat chisels and SDS-Plus narrow point chisels are compatible with cordless tools, allowing easy access to tight areas without the need for a cable connection.

Specific tasks such as removing tough materials are handled easily thanks to dedicated bits such as SDS-Plus tile removal chisels, which have an angled head that prevents damage to walls during removal.

Large cutting edge with chamfered corners. Ensures lower vibration and optimum drilling performance in reinforced concrete applications. Longer bit life over time.

4 x 90° head geometry. Allows precise holes and excellent drilling performance, even when reinforcement is present.

130° Primary Cutting Edge. The 130° cutting edge angle allows optimum performance in applications where reinforcement is present and excellent hole accuracy.

Secondary Cutting Edge. Robust, to support the primary cutting edge during drilling, for faster drilling.

Short flute for better dust extraction and faster drilling speed, less wear and less heat build-up.

Thicker Primary Cutting Edge with a higher percentage of carbide, and on Ø > 32 mm a further higher percentage of carbide for longer life.

Groove located at the side of the primary cutting edge, which allows the wear of the bit to be checked. Milwaukee guarantees its bit up to 75 m.

Reinforced bit section. This gives lower vibration, fewer breakages and the best transfer of the tool's power to the bit.

Deep flute shoulder. This allows greater and faster dust extraction and less heat build-up on the bit head, and therefore less wear.
