The section “A” V-belts – with sizes from A61 to A98 – are classic V‑belt drive belts used to transfer power between shafts by means of pulleys with a compatible groove profile. Section A indicates a trapezoidal profile with standard dimensions of approximately 13 mm top width and 8 mm height, compliant with ISO/DIN standards for V‑belts. The variants A61…A98 refer to the different pitch lengths of the belt, expressed in standard codes, and are available in various lengths in millimetres for many mechanical and industrial applications.
The section “B” V-belts — with designations ranging from B61 to B99 — are classic V‑belt power transmission belts designed to transfer power between shafts using pulleys with compatible grooves. Section B indicates a standard trapezoidal profile with a top width of approximately 17 mm and a height of approximately 11 mm, compliant with international V‑belt standards. The B61…B99 variants correspond to different belt pitch lengths, which are identified by standard codes (linked to the length in inches converted into millimetres).
