The X‑LOCK Hard Bosch 2608601716 backing pad is a replacement component/accessory for angle grinders fitted with the X‑LOCK system, made of glass-fibre-reinforced thermostable plastic for resistance to high temperatures, breakage and heavy-duty applications; the extra-rigid multi-groove structure maximises the contact pressure between abrasive disc and workpiece allowing aggressive and efficient sanding with coarse grits (such as P50 and above), while the slightly angled surface improves the ergonomic working position and allows tool-free quick accessory changes thanks to the X‑LOCK system.
