Tungsten carbide (TCT) cutting edge allows drilling into concrete, aerated concrete, brick, slate and granite.

From Ø 5 mm upwards the bits have a 3-flat shank to prevent slipping in the chuck.

For Ø 3 & 4 mm the bits have a round shank.

The red flute allows the user to identify them more easily.

They can be used with rotary hammers, using the keyless chuck and activating rotation mode.

Milwaukee 4932430001 - Set of 3 SDS-plus chisels: 1 x pointed, 1 x flat, 1 x wide

• Chisels 1 x pointed, 1 x flat, 1 x wide.
• Overall length (mm) 250 mm

Step drill bits are ideal for drilling the following materials: - Ferrous and non-ferrous sheet metal, profiles and tubes. - Copper, brass and aluminium. - Stainless steel. - Plastic. - Maximum material thickness 4 mm. - For best durability, the use of a coolant/lubricant is recommended.

Electricians: drilling panels and boxes for cable gland installation. - Plumbing / HVAC: access holes for pipework and installations. - Metal fabricators: various sizes and enlarging holes. - Automotive: holes for cable installation (mobile phones, aerials, rerouting of electrical cables). - Maintenance technicians: various applications with different diameters and hole enlarging.

The main advantages over drilling with conventional drill bits are: with one step drill bit several sizes can be drilled - Better for enlarging existing holes. - More durable than twist drill bits. - More precise. - Cleaner holes. - Drilling in different types of plastic without cracking.

Milwaukee benefits

Surface dishing, drilling and deburring all in one motion.

Centring point for better centring, without the need to drill a pilot hole.

The geometry of the bit allows extremely precise drilling without leaving burrs and avoiding the skipping that could damage the material.

Optimised 2-flute geometry with a very sharp edge that makes it up to 2 times faster.

Custom-designed steel product with black obsidian coating for longer life, up to 4 times longer than conventional step drill bits.

Optimised for use at the high speeds of cordless tools.

Laser-engraved diameters for better visibility, even in the long term.

Removes burrs automatically.

Maximum shank grip in the chuck to ensure maximum torque transmission.

The kit includes:

Includes step drill bits 4 - 12 mm/1, 4 - 20 mm, 6 - 35 mm

Bolt kit for construction site safety Milwaukee

• The parabolic flute reduces the risk of the drill bit jamming in deep holes

• The web is thicker and increases towards the shank (tapered web). The parabolic flute offers greater strength, lower risk of breakage, ideal for particularly deep holes, longer life

• Cutting angle: 135°.

• Bright finish allows faster chip removal and longer drill bit life.

• ABS case with rubber corners for greater strength.

• Withstands high pressure loads.
