MILWAUKEE® HSS-G Co drill bits combine high-speed steel and cobalt for superior precision, longer life and heat resistance. These high-performance drill bits are designed for fabrication, production and machining applications on hard metals and in conditions of heavy heat generation. Add a premium drill bit with precision sharpening to your kit with MILWAUKEE®. Choose from HSS-G Co drill bits in different diameters and lengths to suit your needs. The addition of cobalt makes these drill bits even harder and more heat-resistant than standard HSS drill bits. For greater versatility, MILWAUKEE® offers multi-size sets complete with sturdy cases to organise and carry your tools conveniently. Each HSS-G Co drill bit is made from high-speed steel alloyed with 5% cobalt and complies with DIN 338, ensuring quality and reliability for your investment. Use them to drill high-alloy steels and metals with a tensile strength above 1000 N/mm², smoothly and efficiently. The special QUAD EDGE™ point allows quick, precise starting, with a split 135° angle that eliminates slipping. The variable flute geometry ejects material more quickly, reducing the risk of tool overheating. The reinforced core, wider towards the shank, provides extra strength and less need for replacement

The Thunderweb geometry allows faster chip ejection. It also dissipates heat better. These two features give greater drilling speed and longer drill bit life.

The parabolic section reduces the risk of the drill bit jamming in deep holes

The web is thicker and increases towards the shank (tapered web). The parabolic section offers greater strength, lower risk of breakage, excellent for particularly deep holes, longer life

Cutting angle: 135°.

Bright finish allows faster chip removal and longer drill bit life.

ABS case with rubber corners for greater durability.

Withstands high pressure loads.

Large cutting edge with chamfered corners. Ensures lower vibration and optimum drilling performance in reinforced concrete applications. Longer bit life over time.

4 x 90° head geometry. Allows precise holes and excellent drilling performance, even when reinforcement is present.

130° Primary Cutting Edge. The 130° cutting edge angle allows optimum performance in applications where reinforcement is present and excellent hole accuracy.

Secondary Cutting Edge. Robust, to support the primary cutting edge during drilling, for faster drilling.

Short flute for better dust extraction and faster drilling speed, less wear and less heat build-up.

Thicker Primary Cutting Edge with a higher percentage of carbide, and on Ø > 32 mm a further higher percentage of carbide for longer life.

Groove located at the side of the primary cutting edge, which allows the wear of the bit to be checked. Milwaukee guarantees its bit up to 75 m.

Reinforced bit section. This gives lower vibration, fewer breakages and the best transfer of the tool's power to the bit.

Deep flute shoulder. This allows greater and faster dust extraction and less heat build-up on the bit head, and therefore less wear.

Lower Vibration. Comfortable drilling with less stress for the user and for the tool.

Special surface treatment. For easier dust flow along the bit surface and lower friction.

PGM Mark. Guarantees precise, accurate holes and maximum anchor holding strength.

Drill bits with 1/4˝ hex shank optimised for impact drivers.

Titanium nitride coating helps cool the drill bit and allows it to be used even at high speeds

The 135° point geometry reduces drill bit slipping and allows maximum drilling precision, without overheating.

Variable design flute. This allows faster material ejection and reduces accumulated heat, all for greater efficiency.

Sturdier design for greater durability and drill bit service life
